You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging
Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is required

return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Important Notes

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
AED 15 will be charged for return pickup.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Only store credit or exchange is offered at this time.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
